Book a window
Enter your ZIP, list what needs fixing (add photos if you like) and pick a 2-hour window. Save a card: nothing is charged today.

Get pinned at home
Your tailor pins and measures, then prices each item on their phone from the posted price list. You approve and sign before anything leaves your home.

It comes back perfect
We alter everything in our workroom and deliver it back. Your card is charged for the signed amount when your clothes are back with you.

How much does a mobile tailor cost on Long Island?
Item prices start at $28 for a pants hem. There's a $20 trip fee in Nassau and $25 in Suffolk, and it's waived on orders of $75 or more. You see every price before you book.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. You save a card, and we charge it once, after your altered clothes are delivered, for the amount on the quote you signed.
What if the tailor's quote is different from the website?
It shouldn't be. Your tailor prices from the same price book. Extras like lining, working buttonholes or rush are shown as separate lines on the quote you sign.
How long do alterations take?
Most orders come back in 7–10 days. Rush (under 5 days) adds 40%. Bridal timelines are set at the fitting.
What if something gets lost?
Every item has its own QR tag and photo from the moment it leaves your home, so we can see exactly where it was last scanned. If we damage or lose an item, our claims policy covers it.
