Ops dashboard screens

Static HTML/CSS/JS, no backend. Maps: Leaflet with OpenStreetMap-based tiles. Prices come from the P1 research proposal (§2.4); delivery quotes are simulated from the published DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct rate cards and a Roadie estimate (P1 §5). Camera, Bluetooth scale, label printer and Stripe are simulated. Staff and customers are fake first names; addresses are invented house numbers on real LI/NYC streets.
