Every item is photographed at pickup and inspected at the workshop. You get photos and a fixed price by text. Nothing is done, and nothing is charged, until you tap approve.

Pickup and delivery are free with any leather or specialty item. Leather work is done by our partner workshop; repairs and some cleaning may be subject to NY sales tax (to be confirmed by our accountant).

Questions
How long does it take?
5–7 days for sneaker cleans and heel tips, 7–10 days for bags, UGGs and down jackets, and 10–14 days for resoles and leather spa with color restoration. The quote shows your date.
What if I don't like the quote?
Decline any item and we bring it back untouched with your next delivery. You only pay for items you approve.
Can I add these to my weekly wash & fold pickup?
Yes. Put them in a separate bag; the driver tags and photographs them at your door. They come back on a later delivery.
Do you clean designer bags and Moncler jackets?
Yes, with extra checks. For items worth more than $1,000, we ask you to declare the value before work (draft policy).
